    wow, that was rough. last rd I really didn’t think i could make it to the lunges. but pushed through & almost finished under cap. Thanks justin & jimmy for the push!

    25:48-10:00 break= 15:48 mod did the 70+ reps. 2 wall walks.
    1st -#35
    2nd- #45
    3rd-#55( went down to #35 for the lunges to work on form).

    Rd 2 – 4:04 (clock time 12:48)
    Rd 3 – 4:02 (clock time 21:50)

    All Rx! Comparing to January, I have made some good progress! I still have to work on my breathing upside down.

    25:50 – wall walks and Rx weight

    Did a little better than last time but goal for next time will be for each round to be sub-5. Will need to string together more S2OH in a row and faster wall walks.
    Only did the first round at sub-5 this time
