  1. 30:45 scaled the pistols with a new progression of toe behind my heel toward the ankle

  3. 32:37 mod pistols foot behind ankle without touching the ground
    Loved/hated it! Great WOD and great group tonight
    NTFS: keep core engaged during hspu and work on pistols and push harder on the run
