Every 2-minutes on the minute, for 10 rounds (20:00 total) perform:

4 Strict Pull-ups

3 Shoulder Press*

    CWOD partner wod with Coach 220 cals on bike

    Ewod- partnered with Steve and Gene on rower 259

    SWOD:
    Did all PLU UB, and they all felt good!
    Built up to 140 for 5 reps

    CWOD:
    Sape did bike for 220 cals

    Rounds 1-7 used blue and green band on plu’s and took the blue band away on rounds 8-10. Worked up to 67# on SP which is 23#”s less than my 1RM. I got 3 reps and failed on the 4th rep.

    Partnered with Wade. We did the ski erg. 230 cals? Somewhere around there
