    Part 1:
    8:01 Rx w/ crossovers
    One round was UB crossovers, 3 rds were 2 sets, and rd 3 I caught like 5 times!

    Part 2:
    10:05 Rx (abs are smoked!)

    Part 1 10:19
    First time trying crossovers. I was able to get a few big sets but caught a lot. I used the rope I do dubs with and definitely need a slightly longer rope.
    Modified thrusters to 42# and those felt heavy 🙁
    Part 2 10:04
    1st round I did the ring tucks but those were too tough. I need to work holds to gain more strength. I moved to the bars and those were easier, but still tough! I did GHDs without the WB on the 1st round but moved to floor situps on the 2nd round.

    need to work on crossovers!! caught a bunch
