I was actually trying out a EMOM setup, starting a new round every 5-minutes. I ended up having more rest than the 1:00 each round. 3:05, 3:48, 3:50, 3:45
SWOD:
Worked up to 205#, loads felt good on left knee. Last load felt heavy.

Not sure how to post my score because apparently being upside down depletes my brain cells.
I made it into the 3rd round through 4 HSPU, but I did not do the second 12 cals on the bike of the first round.
Mod pike HSPU on box for strict HSPU.
Was able to do all “HSPU” Rx! That was my main focus of this wod.
No SWOD for me. Worked shoulder mobility instead.
Strong work on those HSPU!

I liked that one a lot. Dubs were good. HSPU I have regressed on and need to be better at working on.

Did 75% felt good. Wasn’t easy but felt like I could do more.
