    14 Thrusters and the Row left at 20 Min Cap
    big sigh…not happy with this. My legs just would not cooperate with my brain.
    Extended the Whole30 into February. My body may not be able to function very well without more carbs. Time to test this out.

    Swod 235#. Failed at 245. Short on time and rushed it a bit. Need to keep working on high elbows.
    CWOD. 15:53 Rx. Was wore out after the snatches. Went downhill from there.

  5. SWOD 185# failed twice on 195#
    CWOD scaled it and stopped on box jumps, neck pain acting up again

  6. HPC 120# ran out of time but did them all catching in squat
    CWOD mod 43# cap at 22 thrusters I was dead!!!!!!
