Did singles for PS and SC. Lifts felt good. Took my time but it was toasty
I like lifting in a WOD with light accessory movements. Good workout.

Whoa! That was toasty! Cleans got heavy quick! Did singles on snatch and cleans
30:48. Went ahead and finished it. I had 10 burpees left at the 30 minute cap.
Weights were 83# and 123#
28:28, mod weights at 68/93#. Since my clean is struggling right now stayed in recommended percentage and focused on form. Also, spent a good 15-20 seconds untangling my jump rope 🙁
