15 Burpees-Over-Bar

3 Strict Pull-ups

6 Power Snatches (135/93)

9 Barbell Push-ups


100 Double Unders


4 rounds of:

4 Chest-2-Bar Pull-ups

8 Squat Cleans (205/133)

12 Alternating Goblet Lunges (70/45)


15 Burpees-Over-Bar


For Time

*At three random times, a whistle will blow, stop where you are and perform as a class a 1:00 low-plank hold (elbows). Time starts when all class members are in plank.



Side Straddle – 2:00/side

Middle Straddle – 2:00

Butterfly – 2:00

Pike stretch – 2:00

    CWOD: completed C2B on 4th round Rx

    Did singles for PS and SC. Lifts felt good. Took my time but it was toasty

    I like lifting in a WOD with light accessory movements. Good workout.

    30:48. Went ahead and finished it. I had 10 burpees left at the 30 minute cap.

  6. 28:28, mod weights at 68/93#. Since my clean is struggling right now stayed in recommended percentage and focused on form. Also, spent a good 15-20 seconds untangling my jump rope 🙁
