    Was three reps into sit-ups when I realized I was supposed to be doing squats, then went to the wrong bar for PLUs and jumped onto the correct bar off the run causing a wild swing for 4 reps before jumping down and restarting for the last 6 plus. Better luck next time.

    5 min rest then, 12 min of posted CWOD: 167 reps Rx
