*Special instructions:

-Only one partner working at a time, except during the run/burpee portions.

-Squat C&J

-When one partner is running, the other is performing max rep burpees. If inclement weather, row 750m.

-WB Volleyball Tosses consist of partners facing other on either side of a 8′ target, partner A performs a WB shot throwing the ball over the target, and partner B catches,performs a WB shot and returns ball over the target. Each throw is one rep. If ball doesn’t make it over, rep does not count. If ball is dropped, both partners perform 5 penalty burpees.

    110# C&J for me, 115# C&J for Bradley
    I did hspus w/2 ab mats, 2 Russian twists & throw instead of laying back for WB throws. I also only did 30# Kb swings today. Stomach was feeling a little tight after the run so I decided to go light for those.
    190# DL for both of us
    96 burpees. 20 for me, 76 for Bradley… poor guy. Not sure my “run” qualifies as a run anymore. More like a fast walk lol

    26:38 Rx+ (I did 335 DL due to lack of small weights)

    “Our team” chose the wrong 16# WB. It was lopsided, and was all over the place. Truly, expect the unexpected. 🙂

    Mod: 135# clean and 285# DL, Elevated box PU for HSPU, single unders, and 45-53# KB for Jeff. Only mod for me was 133# DL. Marathon week I didn’t want to push it but form felt a little better. Of note: we used a 16# WB but Jimmy said we should have used a 14#.
