10 Handstand push-ups

20 Toes-to-bar

2 rounds of:

10 Strict handstand push-ups

5 Rope climbs (15′)

…then without rest…

1 round of:

10 Chest-to-wall handstand push-ups

20 Ring muscle-ups

 

For time

Accessory:

12 Single Leg Kettlebell Crossover Deadlifts (6/6)

2:00 Rest

    Need to work on my RCs. HSPU felt decent and after the WOD I was able to get one wall facing!

    I too need to work on my RC foot work. Need to get back to stronger overhead strength. Body is smoked after Festivus! Time for some rest!!!

    Mod HSPU (rd 1 20″ box, rds 2 & 3 purple block) really tried to focus on coming down controlled but faster.
    Mod Toes above hips and climbs from floor.
