Odd minutes: 15 Wall ball shots (20/14) @ (10/9′)

Even minutes: 12/10 Calories biked

 

…Rest 2-minutes and then…

 

Every minute on the minute, for 8 minutes, perform:

Odd minutes: 15 Toes-to-bar

Even minutes: 12 Box jump overs (24/20″)

 

…Rest 2-minutes and then…

 

Every minute on the minute, for 8 minutes, perform:

Odd minutes: 10 Thrusters (95/63)

Even minutes: 12/10 Calories biked

    My body is very tired from my morning strength sessions. I’m excited to get my body use to those and see how I perform moving forward. This was a good workout. The explosiveness definitely wore me out. But T2B felt really good. Got a big set in the beginning and felt like I could do more.

    This was some good solid work. My shoulders are sore from 24.1!

    -6 on the bike on part 1, -0 on part 2, -10 on the bike on part 3

    14#WB and got all in the 1:00
    Mod T2B and 20″box step ups. T2b felt a lot better today.
    53# thruster in 1st round and then stripped the weight to 33#. Got all thrusters in the 1:00

    That bike in round 3 was tough! My body is definitely tired from 24.1 last night so just happy to move.

    -10- T2B killed me I couldn’t do more than a couple at a time.
    -20 very gassed between rounds. Bikes fried me.

    Lord! I started Going downhill fast on last Rd of T2B. After 1st rd of thruster it was all way downhill!! Honestly just slowed down & didn’t push through. We will try again tomorrow lol

    EMOM 3: Rx -10 cal (12,10,6,10) should have forced myself to hit the bike hard for 10 sec at start
