    Took the calories a little slower because I may have been overly focused on the snatch since it was 91% of my current 1RM. 😉 However, I didn’t fail any snatches and did all C2B UB! I need to trust my snatch more. #progress #onedayatatime

    Intentionally slow on machines. All CTB UB. Failed 2 snatches but this was probably the most and quickest sets of 103# I’ve done in any WOD so I’m happy with this! Wore Nanos and that was a good choice. Gonna practice snatching in Nanos more.

    the weight felt right, so I think it was a good scale. Failed a rep in round 2 and round 4 and had to make myself slow down. The last 2 rounds felt the best on my snatch.
