25-ft Double dumbbell suitcase carry walking lunges (2 x 50/35)

15 Double dumbbell shoulder to overhead

25-ft Double dumbbell front rack walking lunges

    Singles, used 15# DBs for lunges and overheads

    WOD 4:

    4:16 at 83#.. I forgot to put the 1#s on… thought I was doing 85#… Oh well.
    Used 20 in. box for HSPU. definently need to go up to the 24

    That was quite a WOD!!!

  2. WOD 1: My jumprope broke in round 3 after I got 30 DU so I just finished out that 3rd round. So glad that happened in class and not at a competition!

    Only did WOD 1

    Got 13 S2OH in my 5th round

    Biked 10 cals instead of dubs
    Body weight lunges
    12# DBs for S2OH
    Body weight lunges

    I just got clearance to do lunges so I wanted to try this movement. The lunges felt stable with no pain. The 12 DBs felt heavy 🙁
