0:45 Hollow hold

25 Abmat sit-ups

    Did bigger sets of the C2B than I thought I could do (11-8-10-6). Only one set of 10 on the T2B. Those lunges were hard.

    I continued to be amazed at how bad I am at these workouts! Lol the lunges were so slow and I was breathing so hard. Didn’t think it would be that kind of a workout.
