    69 rpm and 115.3 cals

    This was 2 rpm faster than last time. Next time I think I need to hold low 70 rpm for longer than 1:30. Once I start to fade off it is harder to speed back up.

    Did the ski test instead of bike. 2:21.5 and 72 cals
