    Did rx load but did singles bc knee is not ready for doubles. I did a set of 20 in my warmup, but knee didn’t feel right. So I am playing it safe.

    9:10rx – only did 3 rounds.

    My legs are smoked from yesterday. The doubles were not working and I was done!
