    I mentally quit on this one halfway through. I’m glad I didn’t actually quit because I wanted to. Need to stop dreading what is to come and focus on movement I am actually doing.

    PR for the new location, so I am happy with it. The travel distance is much greater than at the HZ, where my PR was 13:08.

    BJO – I went at a constant pace staying safe on my bum leg, go harder!

    Did 25 push ups and had to drop to my knees

    That was a tough, but fun WOD! I did 50 pull ups out the gate and 25 last round. Looking forward to doing it again and actually follow instructions:)
