    3 rounds 9:08 only did 22# solo. I didn’t want to lift too heavy since I don’t know what my 1 rep snatch is. I only did the first half of the workout since I’m doing 18.1 tonight.

  5. I did 18.1 tonight. Proud of myself for tackling Rx when it would have been easier to just so scaled. First time I’ve connected t2b since my c-section. My goal was to get to the 8th rd and I did that so I’m pleased.
