Conditioning:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

6 Strict Pull-ups

9 Box Jumps (30/24″)

12 Kettlebell Swings (72/53)

15 Calories Rowed

For 15 minutes work on:

Pick any lift and find a 1 or 3-rep max

OR

Pick 1-3 gymnastics skills to work on

 

Flexibility:

Rocking Table – 1:00

Twisting Ape – 1:00

20 Straight Calf Raises

Elevated Seiza – 1:00

10 Side-to-Side Squats

Standing Pancake Stretch – 1:00

    Score 297, mods: banded PLU, sq for BJs, 25# KB (but happy to get back to doing these, didn’t hurt)
    Worked mobility instead of lift or skills. Thought that was probably best for all my injuries right now.

    Fun class!

    Worked Butterflies.

  7. 200 reps (4+32) Rx. Got there late from surgery and did it solo. Long tiring day.
    Worked handstand walk for a few minutes after.

  8. CWOD 217 used 45# kb for full extension and 12 reps unbroken
    SWOD OHS 120# PR shoulders felt weak

  9. 227 rx
    my strict PLU need work….

    Worked Mobility after….that also needs work

    Got off plane. Came to lift. 270# clean, 5# decrease. 235# C&J. Tied PR.

    Body was exhausted after deep tissue massage this morning and then the CWOD. SWOD was not hapening. I barely felt like working mobility.
