Worked mobility instead of lift or skills. Thought that was probably best for all my injuries right now.

Seems like a natural substitution of modification.
I would hardly call BJ’s a natural substitution for a “mod” that is like RX++++++

Worked handstand walk for a few minutes after.
CWOD 217 used 45# kb for full extension and 12 reps unbroken

Body was exhausted after deep tissue massage this morning and then the CWOD. SWOD was not hapening. I barely felt like working mobility.
