    14:01rx on wod
    THEN chocolate shake courtesy of the awesome Becky!
    THEN a 2 hr nap! Trail run was tougher then I thought it would be :p fun morning with everyone πŸ™‚

  6. Did the turkey mtn run, lots of rocks to trip over!!
    Then did the WOD 14:43 w/ MOD pistols
    I found the WOD to be soul cleansing….it made me cry
