    Speed felt good. No missed lifts. Shoulder and back felt good. Rib has been out of place for 3 days. Finally started feeling better this morning after visit to Chiropractor. Looking forward to getting back to heavy snatches!!

  4. 288 @ 53# snatch, need to work on catching it in the squat and keeping active shoulders
    Made it almost 5 rounds though!
    I did 5 dubs to 90 singles, attempting a double every 10 singles. Whipped myself real good.
