    Uhh I think my sprint time was 11:17. Slower than I’d like but I never stopped running so that’s a win.

    17:15; heaviest WB’s I’ve done to date. Focused on trying to get my head to the ground on mod HSPU. My sleep deprivation is catching up to me. I felt like a sloth stuck in peanut butter.

    Did CWOD at home with 14# ball in 17:54.
