17:15; heaviest WB’s I’ve done to date. Focused on trying to get my head to the ground on mod HSPU. My sleep deprivation is catching up to me. I felt like a sloth stuck in peanut butter.
Ran 5 hilly miles at lunch.
Did CWOD at home with 14# ball in 17:54.

Oh also started with MU but not happening on our rig so went to 2:1 PLU and matador dips
