79-year old “Geno” deadlifting a new personal record (PR)!!

Quad Smash – 1:30/leg

Spine Smash – 2:00

  7. 41:16 Rx. 16 seconds slower than last year but Rx this year. Spent 3+ minutes on the last 5 ring dips. Gotta work on those. Call me crazy, but I like this wod…

    Worked on each exercise unbroken, walk between events, and then “pick up and go”.

    This WOD always surprises me on how fast you can go through the first “9 days”, but then 10, 11, & 12 take about the same time.

    1-2 Rx HSPUs, then like 3 with 1 ab mat, and then everything else on the tire.

    Shoulders were fried. So slow on dips, HSPUs, PLUs, and row.
