My body is feeling the 5 days in a row of this week’s WOD’s! Wanted to go about 85%, but when you have Speedy yelling at you to go, 85 turns in to 95 pretty quick. Luckily the dips slowed her down enough that I could coast a little on the last row. 🙂 Tough and tiring WOD!
