MP CrossFit Tulsa 1119

It is hard to believe that over 2 years have passed since finding JoJo to be the “face” of MP! He is still living it large, 420 lbs large, at the Brookfield Zoo in Chicago.

    30 sec plank 10 sec rest, 4 rounds for sit-ups
    Banded ring dips

    That was a hard one. Especially when your lungs are getting squished by a miniature human.

    My body is feeling the 5 days in a row of this week’s WOD’s! Wanted to go about 85%, but when you have Speedy yelling at you to go, 85 turns in to 95 pretty quick. Luckily the dips slowed her down enough that I could coast a little on the last row. 🙂 Tough and tiring WOD!
