    SWOD: 105# snatch (5# PR). Worked split snatch and it was getting ugly-actually felt stronger with last two reps in squat snatch.

    Failed 3 times at 215, my current PR I reset just 2 weeks ago.
    I have been struggling with the snatch for a while. Frustration is getting the best of me. Dropped a curse word and had to do 5 burpees. I will conquer this lift!!

    SWOD: 180# (5# PR) no idea how/why…was failing at 150 and 160. Need to work that lift at heavier weights.
