MP CrossFit Tulsa 101615

Just when you think you have seen it all, you look and see a person parking a bike in a parking spot at the gym when there is a bike rack 25m away. Sometimes the thinking process of people scares me. 🙂

    Wod 2. 7 @ 175#. Push jerk instead of split.
    Wod 3. Capped at 2 hspu in round 3.

    Always fun to beat on tires.

    MOD c2b after 61 PLU the night before even 3 was hard.

    Could have “jerked” more but for some reason controlling the bar down is why I had to stop.

    Was resting body from WOD’n. So I simply ran 2 back-2-back 5K’s with a 9:00 rest between. I was working on pacing. Ran 25:05 on first, and 24:09 on second. For miles 4 & 5 I sped up my pace to 7:15/mile.Slowed way down on last 1.2, but felt good.
