Running group meeting at Turkey Mountain at 0700. Will be running 5 miles, at a group pace.

Rowing group meeting at the Health Zone at 0800.

    Did rowing partner WOD with Becky:
    Max meters in 20 minutes, switching every 250m. We covered 4291m.

    Main WOD:
    On the request of Chad V., we changed this to a partner WOD. 6 rounds of equal and alternating work.

    Partnered with Becky:
    16:14 Rx
    With 17 burpees intermixed for the Burpee Christmas countdown.
