pr’d in time spent poolside at the Cosmopolitan in Vegas. Hoping to pr in a good way at a blackjack table in a little bit 🙂
Part 1 = 10 reps at 75# – Clean / Front Squat (so the clock was ticking very close to the end, and there was no available weights to add-on…so, I just kept squatting after I hit 5 reps)
Part 2 = 5 rounds + 2 burpees – Rx
Part 3 = 2 rounds + row + 35 m run (I wrote down 3 rounds…but, now I’m not sure that’s right…so, we’ll go with 2)
And, yes….noontime was HOT!
