Reminder: The Health Zone Olympics Medal Ceremony is Wednesday at 1000, in the Health Zone lobby.

Part 1:

In 10 minutes find max load in:

Snatch to 5-rep Overhead Squat*

OR

Clean to 5-rep Front Squat*

 

Rest 5 minutes

 

Part 2:

10 minute clock, complete as many rounds as possible of:

10 Burpees

20 Double Unders

 

Rest 5 minutes

 

Part 3:

10 minute clock, complete as many rounds as possible of:

Run 400m

Row 250m

 

 

Post weight from Part 1, rounds and reps from Part 2, and rounds and extra meters from Part 3 to comments

 

*Snatches and cleans need not be full squat. If you do, that can count as rep 1.

    pr’d in time spent poolside at the Cosmopolitan in Vegas. Hoping to pr in a good way at a blackjack table in a little bit 🙂

  12. Part 1 = 10 reps at 75# – Clean / Front Squat (so the clock was ticking very close to the end, and there was no available weights to add-on…so, I just kept squatting after I hit 5 reps)

    Part 2 = 5 rounds + 2 burpees – Rx

    Part 3 = 2 rounds + row + 35 m run (I wrote down 3 rounds…but, now I’m not sure that’s right…so, we’ll go with 2)

    And, yes….noontime was HOT!

    115 on front sqt was defiantly a PR on cleans 🙂
    plus 7 burpees
    2 rds plus 400 run and 60 meters on row
    ……Was like working out in an oven
