This was fun. Thanks for all the encouragement. My time 6:15 with the following modifications;

My last recorded time was when I first started CF 3 years ago. It was 6:32 with 3" band.
4:02.10 second PR. Would not have happened without the positive yelling and encouragement. Thank you!!!
4:02 one second PR. Then… Danny, Olivia and I went and did 400 meter speed skip with jumprope for time but if you catch you must do 3 burpees or 5 V ups—>3:46

This was my first official RX Baseline…Last time did 5:11 with a 1/2" band for PLU and Knee PU.
