    Everyone in the gym was wondering what in the heck I was doing! However, I could tell it has been some time since I did DL’s.

    Nicole you did great! A 70 lb increase on your DL is HUGE!!! Congrats!

    My secret to deadlifts is that I’m short! 🙂 It is somewhat of a slight advantage.
