    Sorry for the late post. Back in the "Army" saddle.

    It was Awesome to see everyone over the Christmas holiday. I missed not being able to come in last week. I will be praying for all of you. Take care, and I will see you all again soon.

    Can't remember the exact number…Vernice was counting for me because the workout causes your brain to fart and you can no longer count…THANKS VERNICE!!

    I think the last time I did this was in my Boot Camp so I know I did much better.

    Congratulations to the majority of my 6:30 a.m. class. One year – what an awesome accomplishment. You guys really inspire to keep going!

    201 rx yuck!!! Last time (back in June I got 231!) definatly think it's the wall ball couldn't get more then 5 , the beam is an adjustment! Miss having the wall in front of me 😉 o well , great job guys!
