Conditioning:

On a 3-minute clock, perform:

250/200m Row

20 Box jump overs (24/20″)

Max reps squats* in remaining time (115/78)

 

5 Rounds for score, rest 3:00 between rounds

*Odd sets perform overhead squats, even sets perform front squats

    Probably rowed too easy in an effort to keep boxovers moving.

    Did a clean ladder with Coach and Kile before this WOD

    5-4-3-2-1 reps, rest 5:00, repeat
    (175-200-215-225-235)

    CWOD:
    88 reps Rx
    (17-19-17-20-15)
    Front squats were surprisingly harder than the OHS!
