25/20 Calories biked

Max rep alternating dumbbell hang clean and jerk (50/35)

    SWOD: Worked up to 80#
    Endurance: 35 reps
    Went hard on the first round then it fell off considerably (16-10-4-5).

    I am starting to be more confident with my shoulder.

    46 rep Rx
    Did better with the bike, but need to push harder with the DB.
