229rx weight. Modified the pistols. I got through 19 pistols before time was up. I went an extra 10 sec to see if I could get a ring mu and I did!
I was through 21c&J at the 20 min mark.
Heck yeah! Strong work on that RMU!

Got messed up after cleans and went to pistols. Got two reps in when coach Sarah caught my mistake and went to do burpees. Complete waste of time. Only got 1 RMU, but had 5 fails. Need to work those a lot over the next year.
Positive note, I maintained a good pace in the burpees! That is a win for me. Lol.
OHS: 25/15/10 (maybe 30/20 next time)
Lunges: 25/15 (next time unbroken)
Cleans: 5×6 w/short rest felt tough but fast (4 sets next time)
Pistols: these were ok, just getting back to them from knee surgery
RMU: I suck. :/ need lots of work!!
