    Next time push harder on cleans.
    Did 6/5/5/5…9/6…9
    Next time do 9/7/5 on 21
    RDs mostly in sets of 3. Went to 2s on set of 9. Last 3 did singles.

    Not a PR. I am not in PR condition yet. But it felt good to move fast under moderate load. However, I need to work my ring dips more!
