    Today was my first day to start lifting heavier loads. I am still only cleared to receive in a 4″power clean position and push jerk, but I will DEFINITELY take it!!!

    Those rounds felt really good! Our dubs were a chefs kiss!

    Didn’t get a PR cause I ran out of time. I hit my PR in iron club but I’ll retest this!
