      I forgot to mention I modified:

      14 in box jumps
      HSPU from box
      25 lb KB swings
      8 lb WB cleans
      PU from box
      31 single jump ropes
      25 lb KB goblet squats
      8 lb slammers
      20 lb Devils press (4) then finished with 15lb

      Great workout partner! I modified like Talia, but did 20 inch box jumps, 20# KB swings. I really struggled with slammers.
