Olympic Lifting Series will be at the 0845, 1200, and 1730 classes all week. Blake Barnes from Oklahoma Weightlifting Club, will be leading these classes through Clean & Jerk drills/work and Snatch drills/work. Shorted reps by 10 each exercise, and ran 200,200,300,200,200, 43# bar
I did finally get 10 pull-ups, so that was nice to check off that goal after about a year and a half, ha!
