Olympic Lifting Series will be at the 0845, 1200, and 1730 classes all week. Blake Barnes from Oklahoma Weightlifting Club, will be leading these classes through Clean & Jerk drills/work and Snatch drills/work. If you are not an MP member, but would like to join in, contact Coach Jimmy for more details. 0530 and 0630 classes will be normal.

 

Conditioning:

Partner WOD

As a team, row 1400m for time, 14 strokes at a time. While one partner is rowing, the other does 7 Burpees, jumping onto a 45lb weight plate, then…

Complete as many rounds* as possible in 21 minutes of:

7 Thrusters (115/83)

    SWOD: 743, 63# thrusters for me and Coach did burpees

      What she said, with addition of 11 rounds +50 reps total 743 reps. I did burpees, Sarah did T2B.

      Did lifting class at noon. Great skill work!!
