  4. 9:34 on run. Slow as molasses. 11:03 on CWOD. MODS: 53# OHS off rack.3:1 singles. Back felt yucky so I was smart.

    Had some trouble with OHSs, arms were tired and wrists hurt today. My DUs didn’t help either.
