    40:40 Rx. Slower than last time but wasn’t Rx.

    D. 31:02. Pistols are now Rx…ish 4:00 Pr with heavily moded pistols.

    Mod nothing. Rx everything.

  8. 41:00. Mod: red-banded dips. Lost about a minute trying to figure out where I was bleeding from and getting a bandaid for my knee.

    Also, apparently thou shalt not post anything using the phrase “Rx except ____” (even if it was just one modification) or thou shalt be heavily chastised. Buncha judgy mcjudgersons….

    55 second PR from 2013. I did not post last year, I already punished myself. And it was 10lbs heavier on the C&J.
