  4. HOLY MOLY….THAT WAS BRUTAL!!
    I stopped at 1pm (had to get back to work).
    So in 30:18sec here’s what I was able to rock out:

    3rds + Row
    Mod: 225# DL & HSPU on tires

    Holy poop! My back and core were smoked! Had a good time WODn with the 0900 class. Note for the programmer next year: NO HEAVY DEADLIFTS THE DAY PRIOR TO THIS WOD! 😉
