WOD: literally choked me- my asthma is bad this week!! Did do HSPU with 3 abmats (1st time in a WOD) and knee-ups. I did like the off road trail- too bad I couldn’t breathe outside!!
I rested this day, but then did this wod the following day, posted on Thursday’s Rest
