Quite a gut-wrenching WOD Jimmy!
45:11 masters RX with exception of sit-ups for toes-to-bar.

mentally unprepared for last round.

41:24 almost rx couldn’t control the kb overhead, so I kept the kb about 95% up. I had to work extra hard not to cry when I found out there were 5 rounds. Most rounds took me around 8:30 and the last one took me 9 mins
