MOD GHD for K2b and Toes 2bar
4 rounds + 9 GHD
5 Rnds, Running option
+ 10 Burpees, 10 GHD, and 6 PCJ @ 10#
3 full rounds with sit-ups modification plus 10 burpies
around 30 or so ball throws with Chad
5 rds plus 5 burpees rx
those kb cleans were weird
4 Rds + 10 burpees RX, running.
5 rds +20 reps and 150m Running
Almost 6 rounds! I threw 50 throws with Danny in 3 rds, and 31 with Bob and Brian in our triangle throw!
6 rds exactly! Did ghd and 25 lb kettle bell swings AND… First day to do burpees since MARCH! 😀 I’m on my way back 🙂
