Swim: 4 x 100m, rest 2 minute; 4 x 50m, rest 1 minute

Did the swimming CFE with a mod. Did 4X 50 m with 1 min rest then 4X25 m with 30 sec rest. Not up to sprinting 100 m.
Then…..I joined the grandmotherly ladies in their swim arthritis class! It was very relaxing and stretchy
