20:20 RX PR! However, my hams were tight! I had expected to WOD at 0845, due to my 0730 team not showing. However, Jaime was able to show and did at 0730; and I did not warm-up, mistake on my part!The back extensions in rd 1 were my slowest and most broken. Lesson learned! :)Great job today. Many folks set PR's! Congratz!
